Kago365 Withdrawal: Things to Check Before You Submit

Most withdrawal delays on Kago365 come down to one of the items below. Run through this before you tap Submit and you'll skip the back-and-forth.

  1. Are you logged out of the game?

    Kago365 needs your account out of an active game session before it'll process a withdrawal. Log out first, then head to your wallet.

  2. Is your withdrawal at least K50?

    That's the minimum for a normal deposit-based withdrawal. Anything below that won't go through.

  3. Have you actually hit the rollover?

    A deposit isn't withdrawable the second it lands. Kago365 applies a 1x rollover — deposit K50, hit K50 in rollover, then it's withdrawable. One pass, not a multiplier. See our deposit guide for how to get money in.

  4. Were your bank details correct when you registered?

    You don't type your bank details in again at withdrawal — Bank Name, Bank Account Name, Bank Account No., and Branch Code Number are pulled straight from what you entered at registration and locked from there. If something's wrong, it's wrong because of what was entered at sign-up, not this step.

  5. Is this your only Kago365 account?

    Kago365 allows one account per player. If multiple accounts turn up — usually from claiming free credit more than once — every one of them gets closed and any pending withdrawal is forfeited.
