A Kago365 deposit is a bank transfer plus a short form, and it's easy to miss a small step. Run through these five checks before you press Submit.
Tap Deposit in your account panel, enter your amount (K10 or more) and choose BSP or Kina Bank. Kago365 then shows the bank account to pay. These details change from time to time, so never reuse details from an old deposit or take them from anywhere except your own deposit screen.
The deposit screen gives you a reference number. Enter it as the payee reference when you make the transfer. Copy and paste it instead of typing it by hand.
Most PNG players transfer by SMS banking. Kina Bank customers can also use WhatsApp banking. Use whichever you normally bank with, and send exactly the amount you entered on the deposit screen.
After the transfer, go back to Kago365, choose the transfer method, set the time you transferred, and upload your transfer slip. With SMS banking your bank sends the slip by SMS, so take a screenshot of that message and upload it.
Tap Submit, then tap Refresh next to your balance to see the update.
Tap Refresh first. Then go back over checks 1 to 4: the bank details, the reference, the amount, and that your slip was uploaded. If your balance still hasn't updated, contact Kago365 support.
A deposit is what gets you your 918Kaya login. Deposit through your Kago365 account and you're issued a 918Kaya ID and password to use in the separate 918Kaya app. Our 918Kaya guide has the full steps. You don't need a deposit for the K100 free credit, which you claim from the Promotion section. See the no deposit bonus guide for how.
